Post 2 Happy Valentine's Day/Jack Canfield

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hi Gina Ann,
What are the three most powerful words in the Universe?
These words have the power to topple kings and destroy empires...
They can heal a person’s soul and give a dying man the will he needs to live. They are

the motivating force behind much of the  world’s best poetry and music. They cost

nothing to say but are more precious than gold and diamonds.
… And they are the greatest gift you can give this Valentine’s Day!
What words am I talking about?
“I love you.”
Love is THE most powerful energy in the Universe.
It can lift you higher than you ever imagined – or bury you in deep despair.
When you say “I love you,” to someone, you give them a huge confidence

boost. Their self-esteem grows and they feel more positive about their place

in the Universe.
It truly is the greatest gift you can give a person!
So this week, in honor of today being Valentine’s Day, I’d like to share

some tips on how to express your love more powerfully in the world –

and tell the people who matter most how valuable they are to you.
Keep reading to learn how to increase the impact of your love...

The Greatest Gift

Learn how to do a better job of speaking your loved one’s “love language”
 – so they feel more loved, appreciated, and SEEN by you. This approach
also works for family, friends, and co-workers. Let’s elevate the amount of
love in the world!

What To Do When The Words

Won’t Come

Sometimes it’s hard to say, “I love you.”
You may have a lot of fear, hurt, or anger left over from a past

experience of love...
Maybe you suffered through a bad breakup, had your trust in

another person shattered, or never received the kind of love

you needed from your parents.
Maybe it’s difficult for you to allow yourself to experience or

trust in love – let alone express how you feel about someone.
But the problem with unexpressed or unexplored emotion is

that it can poison you from the inside and numb your ability

to feel altogether, or continue to build up until it explodes –

with the resulting fallout being devastating to a relationship.
I don’t want that to happen to you...
That’s why, I strongly encourage you to try EFT

(Emotional Freedom Technique) as a way to safely process

your emotions.
EFT, or “tapping,” is a type of energy practice that combines

eastern medicine and modern psychology to release emotional

and physical pain.
It is a powerful way to regulate your nervous system and

liberate yourself from old wounds, overwhelming emotions,

negative thought patterns, anxiety, back pain, headaches, and more.
And it just so happens that the 18th Annual Tapping

World Summit is taking place later this month – and anyone

can join, even beginners!
If you’re ready to heal your emotional wounds and rewire

your brain for success, I encourage you to check it out:
To your higher love,

Quote of the Day

When we love, we always strive to become better than we are.
When we strive to become better than we are, everything around
us becomes better, too.
